Therefore, industries should implement AAP Affirmative Action Plan for them lend a helping hand to the minorities and respected by the majority.

In this day and age, inhuman practices should be abolished. The earnings of these businesspersons will disappear over time. However, the great change they make in the lives of their workers will be their legacy to the world.
