Vital Guidelines In Renting A Limo Service

By Betty Lewis

Limousines are luxury sedans or saloon cars driven generally by chauffeurs having partition between the passenger compartment and driver. They usually have lengthened wheelbase and either extended by its manufacturer or an independent coachbuilder. They commonly come in black or white and is considered the most expensive automobile ground transportation.

Most wealthy people own one of these including the government for transporting senior politicians or guests of honor. Those less wealthy though would hire a limo service AZ for special occasions instead such as bachelor parties, proms and weddings. Here are some vital guidelines in renting the right limousine for any event you want to use them.

Renting for special occasions is not its only reason for hiring one but other things also such as a gift for the people you love. They could be transported from your house to salon, spa or any other relaxing or beautiful places you want to bring them to. You could make the destination a surprise as it will add their feeling of being pampered and doing this may cost less when compared to individual gifts.

Limo drivers are fully booked usually on weekends and consider their weekdays as slow days so their services are easier booked on these days. This is specially true when they do not work under a company and the car is owned by them instead. Take note of the usual slow days they have and renting them during that time would gain you discounts probably.

These services charge per car and not the amount of people riding them so getting one which accommodates double your amount is not wise. Determine the amount of people that will ride first then rent one which the capacity is enough for everyone. Other companies will still offer bigger ones but renting them is not necessary in feeling luxurious.

The rental price is not final because they would take into consideration other things such as gasoline which you would pay as well. They would include this in their quote so ask if everything has been accounted for and what other payments will be expected. Other fees you could be paying for will be road tolls and parking fees.

All rental companies are required by law to have private hire insurance for their vehicles and the occupants or passengers. Though some do not have this because it is an expensive cost which most of them does not want to pay for. Check if their chauffeurs also have a license in driving this certain kind of vehicles and request for proof for both.

Avoid those companies requesting for a deposit of more than half their rental price and specially those asking for full payment first. The usual deposit only ranges from twenty to fifty percent and could be paid either by debit or credit card. Check if the limo also comes with a cooler and bringing your own drinks is possible.

Negotiate the price as well as the amenities they could offer for you. Most companies have similar rate per hour but the amenities are their only difference. Reputable ones also allow inspection on their fleet before the deal gets finalized.
